Flag Football Coach

Flag Football Coach position at Harlem Children's Zone, a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization in New York. The coach will lead the flag football athletics program, develop curriculum, and work with students, colleagues, and parents.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent or better
• Commitment to HCZ's mission and programs
• Experience working with youth and adolescent population
• College degree and at least two years of coaching experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of football
• Solid understanding of youth sports and safety guidelines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, collaborative, flexible, and approachable attitude
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students
