Harness is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead the sales methodology and enable the global sales organization. The role involves program management, technical expertise, and front-of-the-room leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director capacity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director capacity, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, Harness, or ArgoCD) and can explain the 'why' behind DevOps transformations.
- Stage presence that keeps participants engaged and motivated.
- Expert-level program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
- Proficiency in the DevOps or CI/CD landscape is required.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing sales enablement tools (e.g., LMS/CMS like FlockJay, Mindtickle, Highspot, or a similar platform).
