Job Description
As a Senior QA Lead, you will ensure the highest level of quality across Harvard Business Publishingâs applications, working closely with cross-functional partners to meet business requirements and user expectations. The role reports to the Director of QA and plays a key leadership role across the SDLC.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading software testing projects
- 7+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, including test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices
- Strong experience managing the full defect lifecycle
- Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies
- Proven success working with distributed, remote Agile teams across multiple time zones
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching QA Engineers
- Deep experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Experience testing multi-tier web applications and databases
- Experience building, maintaining, and integrating automation frameworks within CI/CD pipelines
