Job Description
Harvest Restaurants is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team at one of its 14 restaurants in the Morris Plains, New Jersey area. The role involves leading the Front of House team, setting standards for service and quality, and managing the financial aspects of the restaurant. Requirements
- A high school diploma
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Dependability, honesty, and professionalism
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Basic financial understanding (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and basic algebra)
- Familiarity with computer and equipment
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
