Job Description
Harvest Restaurant Group is hiring an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role focuses on creating fresh, high-quality American cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. Leadership, guest satisfaction, and a strong understanding of recipes are key priorities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
- Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred.
- Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
- Strong broiler skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
