Harvey is hiring an Employee Experience Program Manager to design and own programs that make the company feel like a place people want to be. The role involves owning the full lifecycle of employee experience programs, maintaining the company-wide events calendar, and orchestrating event execution across offices.
Requirements
- Designed and owned employee experience or culture programs at a fast-scaling company
- Decisive and action-oriented
- Comfortable moving before the brief is perfect
- Strong instincts for what fits a culture versus what will land wrong
- Vendor management experience for swag, gifts, or event production at scale
