Job Description
Expression is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to lead the development of winning proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) and broader Federal Government customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing competitive proposal responses across a range of contract types.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance or higher
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Communications or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Five+ years of experience managing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, and government proposal standards
- Experienced with MS Office, SharePoint, Google Box, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools
- Understanding and experience in Federal procurement process and regulations
- Evidence of a successful track record of high-quality, high-scoring proposals
- Ability to work both on a team and independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
