Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role
• Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal; English is an asset
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish positive working relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• Ability to analyze data, formulate conclusions, and propose concrete recommendations
• Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, an asset)
• Experience with HRIS systems; knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors, an asset
