Job Description
Hawaii State FCU is looking for hardworking individuals who want a great work-life balance, and a great work environment. The Business Lending Relationship Professional primarily focuses on managing complex commercial lending relationships with a secondary focus on business banking needs.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience in Commercial Lending or related field.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, cash flow patterns, and industry-specific risks.
- General knowledge of commercial loan structures, products, services and underwriting principles.
- Ability to assess, monitor, and mitigate credit risk.
- Able to cultivate trust and long-term engagement with business members and internal and community partners, while collaborating across teams.
- Able to clearly communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and sound judgement to evaluate information and make well informed recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to change.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Demonstrates accountability through follow-through and ownership of assigned responsibilities and portfolio performance.
