The Digital Solutions Section Manager leads the daily operations of the Digital Solutions team, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant delivery of digital banking services.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience in Digital Banking Services, or financial industry focused on operations
- A minimum of 2-3 years of direct managerial experience leading teams, setting performance goals, and managing operational workflows
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking channels, related services, and applicable policies and procedures
- Proven leadership, communication, and training abilities
- Strong understanding of operational processes
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments
- Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC operational systems
- Ability to use teller terminal, 10-key, telephone, and all related business machines
