The Senior Process Improvement Professional leads complex process improvement and reengineering initiatives across the credit union, designing and driving enterprise process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methods.
Requirements
- Drive end-to-end analysis and redesign of high-risk, high-impact enterprise processes
- Facilitate cross-department working sessions to align on current state, root causes, and future-state design
- Build and sustain strong relationships across departments and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment and drive outcomes
- Quantify and communicate business impact, including cost savings, risk reduction, cycle time, quality, and member satisfaction
- Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, documentation, and governance aligned to enterprise BPM standards
- Partner with process owners, IT, EPMO, and business leaders to translate process needs into clear requirements
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, workflow tools, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve service, efficiency, and quality
