Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing strategic and operational HR support within a fast-paced investment management environment.

Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner experience within Financial Services (investment management preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and FCA/SMCR requirements
• Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• 'Hands on' experience leading recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insight
• Confident managing complex ER cases
