• Proven HR Business Partnering experience operating at executive level
• Commercial, outcome-focused mindset
• Proven delivery of large-scale organisation design, transformation and change
• Strong command of UK employment law
• Demonstrated ability to influence, advise and constructively challenge executive leaders
• Successful track record operating within complex global and matrixed organisations
• Data- and insight-led decision maker
