Requirements
- Experience in a Scale-Up Environment: Demonstrate an understanding of the people challenges faced in a scaling business.
- Rapport Building and Influence: Ability to build rapport quickly and positively influence the business in implementing core people strategy elements and deliverables.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using data to support decision-making around people topics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for Business Partnering: Be excited about the difference great business partnering can make to organisations. Effective coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing and supporting new managers.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-evolving priorities.
- Employee Relations: Expertise in managing sickness absence and employee relations cases, with a solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, capable of coordinating onboarding processes and facilitating induction programs.
