Assistant General Manager (AGM)
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of restaurant management experience, and ServSafe certification
Sous Chef
Proven success in leadership of high-volume full-service restaurants, leadership qualities that motivate and develop a high-achieving team, exceptional customer service
Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager
Bachelors degree, 0-5 years of experience, experience in kitchen management and sanitation, team management and conflict resolution, menu planning, food preparation and plating
Hospitality Manager
3+ years in restaurant leadership, strong knowledge of service standards, staffing, and labor management
General Manager
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
Kitchen Manager
2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef. Culinary school certification or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus
