Job Description
HDR is seeking a Civil Engineer - Railroad to join our Freight Railroad Team in Omaha, Nebraska. The primary duties include preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for railroad track and civil projects, working independently and in a team setting, and participating in proposal development and other marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- 3 years experience in transportation design - railroad projects
- Hands-on experience with Microstation, OpenRail Designer, AutoCAD and Civil3D
- MS Office software experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills
