Job Description
We're looking for a Utility Data Coordinator to provide administrative support in the Environmental and Energy Department of the Marine Forces Reserve. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility data-entry, database management, and data analysis, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Consolidate, track, and input all utility bills for Marine Forces Reserve owned facilities
- Provide various DUERS reports, energy use intensity (EUI) and water use intensity (WUI) reports as requested
- Evaluate billing for accuracy, track fees and year-over-year usage for each bill
- Manage and track facility meters and associated accounts
- Develop and maintain the utility vendor communication about ongoing utility demand needs
- Collaborate across departments to identify projects to reduce utility fees
- Work in an interactive environment with the client, support staff, utility personnel, and third-party service providers
