Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Utility Data Coordinator to provide administrative support in the Environmental and Energy Department of the Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES). The role involves consolidating, tracking, and inputting utility bills, managing facility meters, and developing and maintaining utility vendor communication. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Requirements
- Consolidate, track, and input all utility bills for Marine Forces Reserve owned facilities
- Manage and track facility meters and associated accounts
- Develop and maintain the utility vendor communication
- Collaborate across departments to identify projects to reduce utility fees
- Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of the MARFORRES Energy and Sustainability programs
