Energy & Utility Data Analyst

At HDR, we are seeking a Utility Data Coordinator to provide administrative support in the organization and operation of the Environmental and Energy Department of the Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES). The successful candidate will have experience in utility data-entry, database management, data analysis, and commercial utility provider billing structures.

Requirements

• Consolidate, track, and input all utility bills for Marine Forces Reserve owned facilities
• Provide various DUERS reports, energy use intensity (EUI) and water use intensity (WUI) reports as requested
• Evaluate billing for accuracy, track fees and year-over-year usage for each bill
• Manage and track facility meters and associated accounts documenting energy, natural gas, refuse and water for MARFORRES owned and tenant locations
• Develop and maintain the utility vendor communication about ongoing utility demand needs
