NE/IA Water Business Development Manager

HDR is seeking a Water Business Development Manager to join their Nebraska/Iowa Water Business Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and directing clients' business opportunities across the four market sectors: Drinking Water, Wastewater, Federal Water, and Water Resource Management. The role requires excellent writing, presentation, and speaking skills, as well as a strong understanding of market trends and drivers.

Requirements

• Identify and qualify leads to achieve annual area and market sector Net Fee Booked (NFB) goals
• Manage area business development and marketing budgets
• Maintain strong client relationships and a deep understanding of client organizations, trends, and upcoming opportunities
• Develop and implement client plans to capture market share
• Direct content marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand and increase visibility
