Job Description
We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Northern California Area Water Business Group. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading pursuit teams to create effective strategies and messaging for client pursuits, delivering top-quality proposals and interviews, and partnering with the business development team to meet growth goals.
Requirements
- Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies
- Coordinate the planning, development, and production of proposals and submittals
- Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule
- Support the development and implementation of client plans
- Outline, write, format, and edit proposal content
- Facilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities
