Job Description
As a Proposal Manager for the Northern California Area Water Business Group, you'll lead pursuit teams to create effective strategies and messaging for client pursuits, deliver top-quality proposals and interviews, and partner with the business development team to meet growth goals. You'll shape the future of water infrastructure in Northern California, creating sustainable solutions for communities and making a lasting impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
