Job Description
As a Proposal Manager for HDR's Water Business Group, you'll lead pursuit teams to create effective strategies and messaging for client pursuits, deliver top-quality proposals and interviews, and partner with the business development team to meet growth goals. You'll work with a team that's shaping the future of water infrastructure in Northern California, creating sustainable solutions for communities, and making a lasting impact.
Requirements
- Lead pursuit teams to create effective win strategies
- Coordinate proposal planning, development, and production
- Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule
- Monitor progress of the proposal process and ensure internal proposal deadlines are being met
- Support the development and implementation of client plans
