Senior Auditor

The Senior Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing procedures intended to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of business processes, systems, and internal controls, as identified within the annual audit plan. The role requires a strong financial and/or technical background, the ability to quickly learn new accounting systems, processes and technology concepts, and the ability to translate technical risks into business issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field
• A minimum of 4 years prior public accounting, internal audit, or relevant experience
• Professional Designation such as CPA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CFE
• Supervisory Experience
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), financial reporting, and risk management
• Good administrative and project management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present control analysis and recommendations with clarity and professionalism
• Knowledge of IT topics such as firewalls, networks, vulnerability management, role-based access, IT Security compliance, IT systems audits or relevant functions
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of audit analytics, data acquisition and data visualization software tools (IDEA, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
