Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their internal audit team. The role involves planning and executing audit procedures to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of business processes, systems, and internal controls. The Senior Auditor will partner with business leaders and must have a strong financial and/or technical background along with the ability to quickly learn new accounting systems, processes and technology concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field
- A minimum of 4 years prior public accounting, internal audit, or relevant experience
- Professional Designation such as CPA, CIA, CISSP, etc.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), financial reporting, and risk management
- Good administrative and project management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present control analysis and recommendations with clarity and professionalism
