Senior Recruiter

At HDR, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the North Central US. As a trusted advisor and talent subject matter expert, you will drive the full life cycle recruitment process, build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers, and develop annual recruitment plans with business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to create rapport over the phone
• Ability to independently travel (less than 10%)
• Strong relationship building, organizational and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely demanding, fast-paced, high-volume environment
