Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter will partner with HDR leadership to steer talent identification and recruitment process for roles in North Central US. The role will drive the full life cycle recruitment process, build strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates, and promote diversity and equity. The successful candidate will have 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, previous experience in a web-based applicant tracking system, and a strong track record of creating rapport over the phone.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Local candidates are highly preferred
