Senior Recruiter

At HDR, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full life cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers, and sourcing and managing candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create rapport over the phone
• Motivated and driven with the ability to excel in a growing, dynamic business environment
• Ability to independently travel (less than 10%)
• Strong relationship building, organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in an extremely demanding, fast-paced, high-volume environment
