Senior Recruiter

At HDR, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The Senior Recruiter will drive the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting, selection and closing. The role will be part of the dedicated global talent acquisition team and will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and critical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create rapport over the phone
• Ability to independently travel
• Strong relationship building, organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of the employee-owned culture
