Senior Recruiter

HDR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The Senior Recruiter will drive the full life cycle recruitment process, including talent identification, recruiting, selection, and closing. The role will also involve building strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and stakeholders, and promoting diversity and equity in the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Local candidates are highly preferred
