Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The successful candidate will be part of a global talent acquisition team and will be responsible for driving the full life cycle recruitment process, building relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers, and developing annual recruitment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
- Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
- Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
