Job Description
Senior Recruiter job at HDR, partnering with leadership to steer talent identification and recruitment process for roles in Southeast & Northeast US. Responsibilities include driving full life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and managing candidates, developing annual recruitment plans, and being a diversity and equity champion.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
- Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
- Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
