Senior Recruiter

At HDR, we're seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the North Central US. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll drive the full life cycle recruitment process, build relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers, and proactively source and manage candidates.

Requirements

• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, critical stakeholders, and partners
• Proactively source and manage candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process
• Develop annual recruitment plans with business partners
• Position description refinement
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Directing and participating in select interview processes
• Reference checks
• Negotiating and closing deals
