Senior Recruiter

HDR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting, selection and closing.

Requirements

• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners
• Proactively sourcing and managing candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process
• Diversity and equity champion
• Partner with diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting teams, employee network groups and professional associations to increase diversification of our talent pool
• Developing annual recruitment plans with business partners
• Position description refinement
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Directing and participating in select interview processes.
• Reference checks
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Being a team player
• Mentor junior recruiters
• Perform other duties as needed
