HDR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the Southeast & Northeast US. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting, selection and closing.
Requirements
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners
- Proactively sourcing and managing candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process
- Diversity and equity champion
- Partner with diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting teams, employee network groups and professional associations to increase diversification of our talent pool
- Developing annual recruitment plans with business partners
- Position description refinement
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Directing and participating in select interview processes.
- Reference checks
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Being a team player
- Mentor junior recruiters
- Perform other duties as needed
