Strategic Pursuits & Campaigns Lead – Resources (Power/ Industrial/ Waste) Business Group

HDR is looking for an experienced marketer and business development professional to lead teams across our Industrial, Power and Waste market sectors to develop thoughtful strategies that enhance our market position and ultimately win work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM related field or Marketing/Communications-related field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting industry business development
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading large pursuit teams
• Proven history of winning large, complex projects in the A/E/C industry
• Works cooperatively with diverse teams on proposals, including technical and marketing staff
• Maintain a professional or engineering registration or certificate or have related technical experience
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
