Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director to serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the Executive Director, HRI, responsible for ensuring continuity of institutional knowledge, strengthening cross-functional operations, and leading the organization through a period of transition and modernization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six years of experience in the direction and/or management in a relevant environment
- Oversight of procurement, contract administration and/or other relevant business operations
- Supervision of staff and program management
