Pharmacist

Provide medication management services to patients of Health Sciences North (HSN). Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of patients’ medications, and provide drug information and interdisciplinary drug therapy management support.

Requirements

• Minimum of a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, from an accredited university.
• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred with a residency program recognized by the OCP.
• Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the OCP.
• Three (3) years’ experience working in a clinical Pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Experience working in community pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience in academic teaching with health science learners is preferred.
