The Sr Workday Tech Lead â Core HCM, Benefits & Security is responsible for owning the end-to-end stewardship of Core HCM, Benefits, and foundational Security within Workday, ensuring worker data integrity and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience configuring and owning Workday Core HCM
- Experience partnering with functional leaders to deliver enterprise-scale, technology-enabled People programs
- Strong command of Workday Core HCM data structures, business processes, and cross-module dependencies
- Experience designing and maintaining role-based Workday security models
- Ability to clearly assess and articulate upstream and downstream impacts of configuration and release changes
