Job Description
As the Workday Experience Lead â People Technology, you will own how team members experience Workday end-to-endâfrom Journeys and guidance to notifications, help content, and in-product support.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday TMX (Teammate Experience) features such as Journeys, Help, Knowledge Base, and guidance
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, release readiness, or QA in enterprise platforms
- Background in People systems, HRIS, platform delivery, or adjacent experience-focused roles
- Strong intuition for how employees and managers experience Workday across journeys, tasks, and touchpoints
