EHR Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, health informatics, or related field — OR equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of EHR support experience (healthcare or FQHC experience is a major plus!)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for helping people succeed with technology.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and general IT support.
• Certifications like MCP, MCSE, or CompTIA (A+/N+) are a bonus.
