Requirements

• One year of professional cooking experience in a healthcare kitchen, restaurant or catering with high-volume, high-quality food production.
• Culinary education will substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Must be a registered or qualified nurse in the United States.
• Culinary education, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• Culinary education certification may substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Experience preparing and cooking food in a high-volume setting, including serving and distribution.
• Culinary education is required.
