Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience, including direct leadership experience
- Experience with HR systems including applicant tracking and personnel management
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Ability to facilitate groups and skilled in dealing with changing group dynamics
- Possess sound judgment in assessing business situations and providing problem resolution to human resources-related issues
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications
- Ability to prioritize workload and projects
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer focus
- Skilled in problem solving and conflict resolution
