Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experience, including direct leadership experience
• Experience with HR systems including applicant tracking and personnel management
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Ability to facilitate groups and skilled in dealing with changing group dynamics
• Possess sound judgment in assessing business situations and providing problem resolution to human resources-related issues
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications
• Ability to prioritize workload and projects
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer focus
• Skilled in problem solving and conflict resolution
