Job Description
The Human Resources Service Center - Supervisor position is responsible for leading the HR Service Center team, delivering high quality services to Park Nicollet colleagues, and fostering a strong, service-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience, including direct leadership experience
- Experience with HR systems including applicant tracking and personnel management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
