Job Description
The Technologist, Radiology Special Procedures - MRI will perform high-quality MRI radiological examinations on patients of all ages, addressing and responding to their individual needs appropriately. The position requires a strong knowledge of anatomy, principles of physics and electricity, and methods of exposure to obtain the required films. The Technologist will work with radiologists to learn and follow their preferred imaging protocols and provide accurate information regarding the patient's symptoms and physical history.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Satisfactory completion of a clinical rotation in Radiology
- Appropriate MRI training
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Registry eligible
- Current CPR certification
