The Account Executive, Non-Acute will be responsible for successfully positioning and selling HealthStream product suites to prospective clients within the Non-Acute market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related area, BA or BS
- 2+ years sales experience with a documented track record sales in highly competitive environments, selling to the Post-Acute care, skilled nursing, senior care, hospice and/or home health is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare technology experience, selling to C-suite and VP-level contacts
- Minimum 2 years of New Business sales experience with a focus on acquiring new logos
- Ability to work in a team selling environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High level of integrity and professionalism, properly setting expectations both internally and externally
- Comfortable in working independently in an empowering, fast paced, results oriented culture.
- Existing relationships with consultants and healthcare executives within the Non-Acute market is a plus
- Ability to travel up 15 - 30%
- Solid computer skills – Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to present and demonstrate complex solutions in a way that is compelling & easy to understand
