Client Service Specialist position in a fast-paced, professional environment providing support for clients throughout the claims process in a call center setting.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
- Knowledge in computer technology and the Internet (MS Office Outlook)
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
