Requirements
- Proven experience in media, sales planning, or strategy with success managing complex, high-value advertiser programs
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, clients, and agencies
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving client satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Research, Product, and Operations teams
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Salesforce
