The Associate Director of Account Management plays a critical leadership role at the center of Hearst's client partnerships—guiding high-impact campaigns from idea to execution while developing and empowering a team of Account Managers.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client or campaign issues
- Establish and maintain operational rigor across the Account Management function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Research, Product, Yield, and Operations teams
- Oversee campaign execution from order booking through launch, optimization, delivery, and wrap reporting
- Analyze post-campaign performance to identify insights, upsell opportunities, and renewal recommendations
- Maintain deep expertise across Hearst brands, ad products, platforms, and internal workflows
