The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating premiumization and brand building across the Modern On Trade channel by translating Channel /brand strategies into insight-led, high-quality trade executions at outlet level.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
- Above 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Commercial Marketing / Channel Marketing
- Strong business & commercial mindset – understands P&L impact, ROI, and growth levers
- Highly market & execution oriented: comfortable spending time in outlets and on the street.
- Able to convert messy market observations into clear insights and actions.
- Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
- Language(s): Strong proficiency with spoken and written English
- Functional Competencies: Proficiency at Excel or BI tools & Financial acumen
