Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with homeless individuals with mental illness, chronic health issues, and substance use disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
- Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship
- Ability to pass criminal clearance background check
- Ability to successfully pass a TB screening test
- Valid California state driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record
