Program Resident Monitor

The Program Resident Monitor plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall well-being of participants in the Pathway Home program. The position involves collaboration with staff to deliver essential resources, conduct regular wellness checks, and uphold a secure, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with homeless individuals with mental illness, chronic health issues, and substance use disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
• Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship
• Ability to pass criminal clearance background check
• Ability to successfully pass a TB screening test
• Valid California state driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record
